- Melton Mowbray
I have my own personal story of struggle and disappointment as have many other people. I was searching for a way to continue to help people to achieve their potential, their hopes and dreams; part of this was a personal recognition that has stayed with me over the years. As a parent, wife and professional I had lost myself, only recognising myself in terms of these roles. I embarked upon a journey which lead to self- reflection, asking and answering some difficult questions which lead to self-knowledge and affirmation.
My search to make a difference to people lead me to discover Life Coaching which has been a perfect fit for me as a person. I hope that my training and experience will enable my clients to make the necessary changes to become all that they want to be.
I have worked with adults and young people from all walks of life as a mental health nurse and have completed a Pastoral Counselling Course. . I have a Diploma in Coaching from The Coaching Academy.
I have been a coach to clients who have wanted to explore their career direction or were dissatisfied with their current work situations, clients who lacked confidence, wanted to have better relationships with their children, clients with stress and poor self esteem, people who wanted to improve fitness and I have worked with people in building resilience. I have worked with young people leaving care in identifying life goals and direction
I have worked with groups of children in a school setting in looking at managing feelings and building resilience.
