I use coaching, mindfulness, counselling and motivational interviewing skills and techniques with you. I have a diploma in life coaching, a diploma in Counselling and a diploma in mindfulness.
I have personal indemnity insurance, regular clinical supervision and maintain my professional development. I am a member of the Association for Coaching.
A session is £45.00. Sessions are 50 minutes.
We can meet once a week, every other week, once a month or on an ad hoc basis or whenever you need a 'sounding board'.
Many of my clients find a convenient method for sessions is by telephone or on Skype.
You can set up sessions for weekday evenings (last slot beginning at 20.00hrs).
My Coaching Styles
I am also able to work with you offering regular 'meet-ups' (a listening service/sounding board) when you want to be heard, and given support.
If it is clear at the first meeting that I am not the best person to help you, I will refer you to a more appropriate source of support for you.
